Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are warmly welcome at The Deck. There's a basket on the deck with toys, water bowls and poo bags, an outdoor shower downstairs (hot and cold) for rinsing off after the beach, and a grassy clearing 50 metres down the road for a run. Much of Crescent Head outside the national park is dog-friendly too.

A secure upper deck
The property isn't fully fenced, but the upper deck is the secure spot — you can leave them out there safely while you cook or head down for a swim.
An outdoor shower
Hot and cold, downstairs at the side of the house. Ideal for hosing sandy, salty paws before they come inside (please keep them off the carpeted bedrooms).
Toys, bowls & poo bags
A basket on the deck is stocked with the basics, and there's a clearing 50m down the road for a fetch session without leaving the neighbourhood.
Dog-friendly all around
Sea Sea and Cheetah Five welcome dogs on the verandah, Killick Beach is dog-friendly outside holiday periods, and the headland walk is a favourite.

A few simple house rules.
Dogs are welcome downstairs and on the deck, but not in the carpeted bedrooms. The property isn't fully fenced — the upper deck is the secure area. Please pick up after them in the yard, and remember the place is non-smoking inside. That's about it.
