“This place was great to stay at with our 2 dogs who also loved it. The front deck was a fantastic for relaxing and taking in the view and the backyard was peaceful among the trees. Inside the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nice and big for preparing meals. The house was nice and open and the fireplace was great to use and plenty of wood available. It was close enough to the shops and beach to access easily without been too busy and chaotic. We would definitely come back again. Thanks”

It has everything you need: lots of handy kitchen and staple pantry items, lots of spare linen, books, games, chopped firewood and strong and reliable internet! We loved the easy walk down into town and appreciated the climb back up the hill after enjoying the local cafes. Our trip was a bit touch and go due to local floods impacting access but Tim and Wendy were super helpful in keeping us updated on roads opening etc. We really enjoyed the easy going vibe of The Deck and will rebook again 😊”

“Absolutely gorgeous place, beautifully done and really stunning view with a gorgeous deck. Plenty of space and one of the best equipped airbnb kitchens I've had which makes a nice change. Only minor cons: it's a little bit of a walk to the beach. Perfectly doable (maybe 5-10 mins) and plenty of free parking by the beach so no issue. Driveway is also a little difficult but with some care is no problem. All in, a great place and I'd definitely come back.”
