How do I book?

Are dogs welcome?
Yes — well-behaved, house-trained dogs are warmly welcome. There’s a basket on the deck with toys, water bowls, and poo bags.
Is the yard fenced?
Important: the property is not fully fenced. The upper deck is the secure area for dogs — you can leave them out there safely. There’s also a clearing about 50m down the road for a run.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in from 2pm. Check-out by 10am. Late check-out (up to 1pm, 2pm, or even 4pm) is often possible — just ask Trent.
How far is the beach?
Seven-minute walk down the hill to the point — one of the great longboard waves on the east coast, declared a National Surfing Reserve in 2008. Shops, pub, and the country club are all within 7–15 minutes on foot.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes — Starlink at 200mbps. Network and password are on a magnet on the fridge when you arrive.
